Free Trial
QuoteAnvil offers a trial period so trade businesses can evaluate the product before committing to a paid subscription. A payment method may be required to start the trial.
If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, access to paid features remains available until the end of the already-paid subscription term unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Requests
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where QuoteAnvil determines a refund is appropriate for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material service issues.
To request a review, contact support with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
International Purchases
QuoteAnvil is operated from the United States, but customers may purchase from Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, and other countries. Local consumer laws may provide rights that cannot be waived by this policy.
If you believe a refund, cancellation, renewal, or digital service issue is covered by a local law in your country, contact support with your account email, country, charge date, and the reason for your request. We will review the request under this policy and any non-waivable legal rights that apply.
Business purchasers are responsible for any local taxes, bookkeeping, invoice requirements, and professional obligations that apply to their own customers and services.
